This session is incredibly helpful in navigating and restoring the parts of yourself that feel desolate and barren. These individualized elixers help balance the body/mind/spirit systems, and pours life giving energy into your dry and parched places.

  • These sessions are for anyone interested in how to create a sustainable practice in the therapeutic fields of health, wellbeing, and movement. These sessions are specifically designed to support and inspire those who are giving to others as their profession, and tends to the very niche needs of this underserved population.

    Join me for a golden hour of physical and spiritual “exercise”, blending the arts of self massage, intentional movement, and tarot/oracle card reading.

    This class is a must for anyone looking to cultivate deeper connection and care for their body, mind, spirit systems.

    Class is held most Fridays at 4pm EST.

    You will need a quiet space, mat, pillows, blankets, tennis balls (2), yoga blocks (2), journal & pen, an oracle or tarot deck, and an open mind & sense of humor!
