Life asked me to live what I spent years observing.
Since 2002, I have worked with women across movement, bodywork, makeup artistry, beauty, and wellness, supporting them through chronic pain, burnout, identity shifts, and life's many transitions.
I began teaching Pilates at nineteen, but my work soon expanded far beyond movement. Through private practice, medical aesthetics, reconstructive makeup, and women's wellbeing, I was given a rare window into the inner lives of women. Across thousands of hours working one-on-one, I became known for my ability to read the body—not simply through posture or movement, but through the emotional, behavioral, and environmental patterns it expresses.
Although I had spent decades helping women care for themselves, I eventually realized I had become remarkably skilled at overriding my own body to do so. Like so many women, I kept searching for the next way to optimize, improve, or push through. Instead, I reached a level of burnout that required me to walk away from the work I loved and dismantle nearly everything I had built.
That decision was one of the greatest heartbreaks of my life. My move to Europe soon after marked the beginning of a long season of grief, questioning, and learning to stop overriding myself. What emerged wasn't another method or wellness philosophy, but a way of living in relationship with my body and myself first.
The work I offer now is the work I once needed most. Every offering is shaped not only by decades of professional experience, but by the years I spent learning to live this work myself.
Restoring the way women live, work, and belong to themselves.
Restoring the way women live, work, and belong to themselves.
Today, I work privately with women, mentor movement professionals, and create immersive experiences that help others cultivate a deeper relationship with the intelligence of the body and the life it's quietly reflecting.
More than two decades of interdisciplinary study, mentorship, teaching, creative practice, and lived experience shaped my work.
Each offers another way of understanding the body—not as something separate from life, but as a reflection of the relationships, environments, rhythms, symbols, and experiences that shape us.

The body tells the truth about the life that it’s living.
It reveals what supports you, what depletes you, what fits, and what no longer does.
Our bodies reflect the environments we inhabit, the pace we keep, the relationships we maintain, the burdens we carry, and the conditions surrounding us. Long before something reaches conscious awareness, the body is already responding.
Over time, many women become highly skilled at overriding those responses in order to meet expectations, fulfill responsibilities, care for others, or simply keep life moving.
This work helps restore that conversation through the body, the environment, beauty, and the sensory experiences that make it easier to hear ourselves again.
When we can hear ourselves clearly, we are better able to recognize what supports us, what doesn’t, and how we actually want to live.
Over time, we move from trying to control or fix ourselves to trusting what our bodies have been showing us all along.
Daily practices that honor the body's intelligence become the bridge between our inner and outer worlds. They are how we begin to belong to ourselves more fully.
Restoring the way women live, work, and belong to themselves.
