"Company," "Rituals Within," "we," "our," or "us" means Caseymarie Unlimited LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, doing business as Rituals Within, together with its owner, Casey Marie Herdt, and, where applicable, its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, representatives, volunteers, guest instructors, successors, assigns, licensors, and agents.

9. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment in full may be required at the time of booking, registration, or purchase unless the Company expressly offers an alternative payment arrangement.
Your appointment, reservation, workshop registration, event participation, or purchase is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, reschedule, or decline any booking, registration, order, or purchase at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving scheduling conflicts, suspected fraud, abusive behavior, violations of these Terms, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
Cancellation Policy. Appointments, consultations, and Services may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty if the Company receives at least twenty-four (24) hours' advance notice before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments ("no-shows"), are non-refundable and will be charged the full fee for the scheduled Service.
If you provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' advance notice, you may reschedule your appointment to a future available date. Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law or where the Company, in its sole discretion, elects to issue one.
If the Company must cancel or reschedule a Service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
Additional terms applicable to workshops, events, memberships, digital products, physical products, and other offerings are set forth in the Company's Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Certain Services or products may only be available in specific geographic locations. At this time, The Practice is available only to customers with shipping addresses located within the United States. The Company reserves the right to limit, refuse, or discontinue the sale or shipment of any product or Service based on geographic location, legal requirements, shipping limitations, or operational considerations.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Content made available through the Website or the Services is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade dress, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Content are owned by or licensed to the Company.

16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

The Company shall make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable following the conclusion of such circumstances.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent to the greatest extent permitted by law.

No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Informed Consent & Liability Waiver, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any additional agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Website and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
