For women interested in living differently.
My work helps women create more supportive relationships with their bodies, environments, rhythms, and daily experience.
The Read
A different way of seeing.
Sometimes clarity doesn't come from looking further ahead. It comes from seeing more clearly where you already are. The Read is a personalized written offering with no appointment or live session required.

After sharing a little about what you're navigating through a brief guided questionnaire, I'll spend time carefully reading what you've shared—looking beyond isolated circumstances to uncover the relationships, patterns, and conditions quietly shaping your experience. The Practice
A different way of living.
The life we want is shaped by the conditions we return to every day. The Practice is a complete advisory experience designed to carry our conversation into your everyday life.
-
We begin with a private advisory conversation exploring the season you're living in, the patterns shaping your experience, and the conditions asking for your attention. From there, I'll thoughtfully curate a collection of botanical, aromatic, sensory, and restorative items chosen specifically in response to what we explored together.
Each item is selected specifically for you, creating simple ways to continue the work beyond our time together. Rather than ending when our conversation does, The Practice becomes something you can return to—supporting the way you live, work, and care for yourself through the ordinary moments of everyday life.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. While our conversations may include reflection, insight, and guidance, this work is not built around goals, performance, accountability, productivity, or personal optimization.
Together, we explore how your body, environment, relationships, habits, responsibilities, desires, and season of life are shaping your experience. From there, we identify what is genuinely supportive and what may no longer fit.
-
No. This work is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.
While we may explore emotions, patterns, relationships, and life experiences, the focus is not diagnosis or treatment. The focus is understanding the conditions shaping your experience and creating greater alignment between how you live and who you are.
If you are seeking mental health support, I encourage you to work with a qualified therapist or healthcare provider.
-
Women come to this work during periods of transition, burnout, reinvention, uncertainty, growth, or change.
They may be navigating relationships, career shifts, health challenges, identity changes, emotional overwhelm, creative blocks, or simply a growing sense that the life they have built no longer feels like it fits.
-
My work is primarily designed around the experiences, challenges, and realities many women navigate, and the majority of my clients are women.
That said, the work itself is rooted in the body, the conditions of a life, and the human desire to feel more connected to ourselves and the lives we are living.
-
Yes and no. I believe intuition is one form of intelligence, but it is not the only one.
The work draws from twenty-five years of experience working with the body, studying patterns, observing human behavior, and helping women understand the conditions shaping their lives. Intuition is part of that process, just as observation, experience, knowledge, and reflection are.
I am less interested in predicting outcomes and more interested in helping women understand what is already asking for their attention.
-
Yes and no. For some people, this work feels deeply spiritual. For others, it feels practical, reflective, sensory, or grounded in everyday life. Most experience it as some combination of these things.
I do not work from a specific religious or spiritual framework, nor do I believe there is a single right way to understand life's deeper questions.
What matters most to me is understanding what you believe.
-
A lot of women don't.
In fact, that is often why they arrive.
Many women come to this work feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, uncertain, or aware that something feels off but unable to name exactly what it is. The work begins there.
-
Many women who find their way here have already spent years gathering insight. The challenge is often not a lack of information. It is knowing what to do with it.
One of the things I hear most often is: "I understand what I'm being shown, but I don't know how to apply it to my actual life."
This work helps bridge that gap.
